To qualify you must be following us on either FB or Instagram. Winner must agree to the house rules. No smoking indoors, no parties, no children, pets are welcome (fees may apply) and no exchanges of this offer.

May not be used by anyone other than the winner and one guest. A refundable damage security deposit of $100 may apply and a one-time $50 cleaning fee will be due at the time of the drawing.
